[1.0] Data Processing Scope

We process client technical specifications, schema requirements, corporate email addresses, and server telemetry for the exclusive purpose of fulfilling cloud engineering contracts and ensuring SOC2/ISO27001 data isolation.

[2.0] Security Safeguards

Engaging CodeCraftDevix for cloud application development, internal tooling, or database schema architecture constitutes acceptance of these master terms.

[1.0] Code Delivery & Licensing

Upon payment completion, all custom Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform/Pulumi), Kubernetes manifests, application source code, and database migrations become the sole property of the client.

[2.0] Legal Jurisdiction

This agreement is governed by the laws of Romania. Exclusive jurisdiction belongs to the courts of Dolj County, Romania.
